You're Wondering: What on Earth Does that Thread Title Mean?

Just tonight I entered into the Fred Meyer "Design-a-Bag" contest, for up to a possible $1000 Fred Meyer Gift Card
For those of you who are unfamiliar with Fred Meyer, it is one of the major local grocery/electronics/home garden store in the great Pacific Northwest (and elsewhere, I'd assume).
But first, I NEED people to vote for my design, so it gets into the top 10 or so, before the judges make their decisions. The top design currently has 5471 votes, but I'm sure if all the forum regulars threw in a spare 10 seconds each day with their morning turn, I could get near that amount.
If it's any consolation for your time, I spent a great deal of effort on this design, as compared to the obvious shoddy jobs some of the other designs have implemented. I don't have photoshop currently, so I had to create cloud formations pixel by pixel, and then gradually apply the green fade by slightly adjusting the RGB values of the pencil tool on Microsoft Paint. So if you want to think of it as a tribute to needless amounts of hard work, more power to you

Here's the direct link to vote for my bag. Just type in the CAPTCHA, clear you cookies and then go again
http://www.designareusablebag.com/vote- ... agId=46640Here is the link to my bag, if you want to see it for yourself (and then vote!). A couple clicks and you've brought a poor high school student one step closer to daily macaroni and cheese from the Fred Meyer deli
http://www.designareusablebag.com/vote- ... =fredmeyerAlso, it says you can only vote once per day, but if you clear your cookies after each vote, you can vote as many times as you feel necessary.
Thanks!

I voted.
Since this is actually a thread devoted to helping out a member of the Conquer Club community (i.e. not some dumb mmorpg) I personally wouldn't be opposed to your bumping this thread daily. You've gotta remind me, you see.
I'll also try to remember to post in the thread letting everyone know every time I vote, you know, to bump it.
I think we should all do the same, if possible/amenable. Anyone who reports this thread as spam is a loser and sucks. Despite our politics, win/loss records, etc, let's rally behind one of our own for something cool.
Also, n00blet, go on a field trip to all of the public libraries you know of, and vote from every machine. Do it daily.

My math teacher didn't believe me when I said I'd actually get people from this site to vote for it, so I am very grateful for everyone who is assisting in proving him wrong

I applaud you all

don't forget to clear your cookies and vote manymanymany times

Sorry. I voted for the design by Sean L. from Portland, OR.
I found your design to be uninspired, unoriginal and over-done.
I also contacted the contest officials and gave them the link to this thread so expect to be disqualified.
Get a job in your brave new world(if you can) and buy your own damn macaroni and cheese.

It's a chance I had to take.
Your design uses far more colors and color combinations than the resources of the planet and the environment can withstand at this point. Some sacrifices must be made.

n00b, he's just making empty threats. I doubt he bothered taking that much time.
Unless, of course, he's this guy:

Regardless though, these online contests are run knowing that everyone knows that everyone's going to promote their design and hope for good internet karma.
I just voted. Maybe my attempt this morning was prior to the 24 hour time limit expiring. Anyway, let's keep it up everyone! Vote.

Hey so I found a new way to keep myself entertained whilst voting again and again. Tell me if this works for you:
1. Pick any two digit (real) number (base ten)
2. Pump up the DJ Tiesto
3. Start voting, and continue voting until the CAPTCHA sequence starts with the number you picked.
Kept me going to for quite a while....1233 was the count when I cut myself off. Progressssss
