FFVII Midgar map proposal

Has anyone thought of making an FFVII map to conquer? Could be the world map or just the 7 sectors and the top city of Midgar. What do you guys think? Anyone want to take it up?
Midgar, can't find one of the top view:
The world map is pretty much already done.

It looks like it'd make reasonable game play, however I have no idea what Midgar or FFVII is, so yeahhh... You'd also probably need to get permission from the owner of... Midgar and FFVII?

It's a map from an old RPG. I guess permission would have to be granted by Square-Enix.
