shame on sheunghei [busted]

It is likely that
sheunghei and
General Brain "are" the same person. To my knowledge
General Brain has been blocked long time ago, and he created a new account called
sheunghei by using another e-mail account. I hope that Conquer Club can stop this kind of shameful action as soon as possible. Thank you!
