How did you list him for "Conducting Secret Diplomacy" when the two games you cited were both 1-vs-1 games? Was he using secret diplomacy with you?

And quite honestly, what I've seen here and in the game chat...he doesn't look particularly abusive to me (and I hate abusive players).

I suggest you put him on your foes list and then make a rule on how filter your incoming messages.
