... And this is why I will never have a star by my name. I play this game way to casually to go so many hours without sleep and I think I would lose my eyesight to do something like that.

Well... you're positively nuts unless you just woke up, have a day off or are conveniently needed at a computer for a few hours. I'll certainly check back and see how the game goes, imagine how you'd feel if you passed out 45 minutes before he started his turn .

In the meantime, something to help you stay focussed. Open youtube on a seperate window and set up a playlist for your favorite songs.

Obviously when I am talking about "never letting em delay me" I am referring to the act of someone ending their turn early in freestyle so that they can come back at a later time and ambush when their opponent is offline.

Obviously had I not of sat in front of my comp for 12 hours and allowed Fitzy to be successful with his delay attempt I would have lost the game...Thus the point of this thread.

if a player signed up for a 24 hour move game thaen they have 24 hours to make their move. Not everyone has all day to sit in front of the computer.

There is a difference between someone delaying because they have other things to do and delaying for strategic reasons.
Either way I never said that I had a problem with it or that it was "wrong" to do so, in fact if I did have a problem with it, it would make me a hypocrite because I often use the same tactic.

All I said was that if you are going to try and attempt to delay me, as a strategic method for winning the game against me, that it's not going to work. I will sit in front of the comp for potentially 12 hours every time!

ah.. so thats why i never play freestyle.

Well when I made this thread I was in the middle of a 4 day booze binge so at the time I didn't give a f*ck if the topic was boring or not.

Im glad the ten points meant so much to you. I probably should have actually taken it more seriously, but I just cant anymore. I knew when to play for the best chance at you not being around, and simply didnt care enough to wait till then.

For the record, I know you werent complaining about the delay tactics, and only bragging about wasting your entire day not to lose some points because of them.
