Hello all. Would you like to find more about how people think?

Well from this week foward i will create a new poll topic. All you have to do is caste your vote. You don't even have to keep checking on the topic for i will post the results next week in poll #20. Each poll will be open for 1 week.

Its pretty self explanatory, good luck!

Believe it or not these polls do tell us a lot about the mind.

:geek:
(by the way i dont wear glasses)

Results from poll #18
THINK, would you slap your father if he asked you to?
Yes - 12 for 63%
No - 7 for 37%
Total - 19 for 100%

The person buying the food is responsible for his own health, even if self-accountability may be lacking among the frequent fast food diners. I don't like the way the poll's worded, the two options are weird when faced together. Maybe if I face them differently.....dunno.

they should inform customers about what exactly it is the customers are making a choice about.

You shouldn't HAVE to. A decision they're making is that they have no clue what they're buying.

Not on their menu, but it should be made available upon request.

Agreed, upon request...but then again, even though fast food places have the calorie count it doesn't really affect people's decision making

Exactly, calories aren't really a big deal to most costumers

Are fast food restaurants required to list exactly which ingredients they use in their products? And how these products are stored, cooked, etc?

That would be fun to see! I'd think no one would be dumb enough to frequent most of these fast food places, but I probably shouldn't underestimate stupidity.

Ironically enough, many national fast food chains DO post this information and, I believe, all have it upon request (or on websites, etc.). And they can still claim their meals are "nutritious" because people don't know any better.
