I say divide the CC scoreboard into various clickable options:
1. NATO (the good guys), Warsaw Pact (the bad guys), The rest (where the hell is...?)
2. Continental
3. Democratic, Under One-Party Rule, Lawless
4. By dominant religions...
5. Areas gays can legally copulate, areas gays really, really can't.
6. 1st World, 2nd World, 3rd World...
7. English-speaking, Non-english speaking..
8. British Empire, French Empire, Dutch Empire etc (1918)
9. By national average life expectancy (78+, 75+ 72+ etc)
10. Sovereign nations, colonies...
If CC had put half as much effort into improving its scoreboard as it has producing streams of derivative maps, then we wouldn't have seen such a horrendous drop in membership over the past few years. Is it any coincidence that we have seen membership fall as the number of maps has increased, while the scoreboard has seen almost no improvement at all?
I don't think so.
Cc would benefit greatly from a player being able to say "I am the number 23 sequential player in the muslim world" or, and can't we all but dream of it, how about being the best Risk player in a country where gays happen to be tormented for the enjoyment of splashing fluids on other people with similar fluids?
