IMPORTANT: To join this tournament, you must have premium.
All sign ups must be done in this thread.

This tournament will follow the Barclay's Premier League. You will play a total of 38 regular season games. You will receive a batch of (4) games once every week. At the end of the regular season, I am adding an 8 team playoff.

TOURNAMENT SETTINGS
All games will be 1v1, sequential, flat rate spoils, chained forts, sunny, auto deploy. Each player must pick a team to represent and a home map that uses standard gameplay only. No maps with gimmicks or complex/confusing gameplay will be allowed. I reserve the right to veto any map choices. Map and Team choices will be given in order that they arrive. Please look carefully to may sure don't select a team or map that is already taken. I am not allowing maps to be duplicated - there are plenty of options. A list of approved maps is provided below.

I understand that there will be some popular maps left off my list. This list is non-negotiable. If you try to sign up without choosing an accepted map, you will be ignored.

Regular Season
During the regular season, there are Wins, Draws, and Losses. A win is worth 3 points, a draw worth 1, and a loss gets you nothing. ANY GAME GOING 13 ROUNDS OR LONGER WILL BE CONSIDERED A DRAW REGARDLESS OF THE EVENTUAL WINNER - NO EXCEPTIONS. Standings will be based on points. At the end of the regular season, the top 8 teams will advance to the playoffs.

Playoffs
All playoff series will be a best-of-three. Teams will be seeded 1-8, with the highest possible seed playing the lowest possible seed each round (1-8, 2-7, 3-6, 4-5, etc.) Each team will play on their map once. It takes two wins to advance; if a third game is necessary, it will be played on a neutral site (British Isles). This will continue until a winner is decided. THERE ARE NO DRAWS IN THE PLAYOFFS.

Amazingly, No one's picked Man U yet, so I'm in.

I was wanting to pick Hive as a map, but unfortunately it's not included tho I don't see much objectionable against it except for the size.
If you can give me a bit of time to find another suitable map, that'd be great.

Yeah it's the size. I'll allow you time for a map, and lock you into Man U. If we fill up and you haven't picked a map yet, I might need to replace you - but I doubt it'll get that far.

Just pencil me in for First Nation South America tho, it's as good as map as any, but it might not be congruous for winning the league like Man U deserve. Is it likely to expect to become league champion with 63 points? (38 games * 3 points * 1v1 Win Percentage - Rough Estimate)

Got you down. As far as the points go - Not sure, really, but I wouldn't be surprised to see someone with 75 points. In my experience, there are some strong 1v1 players out there.

Sorry, this isn't a team tourney, you have to choose your own "football club", and then your own map.

ok..i am in..i dont know any of the"teams", but I want in anyhow. Just randomly pick one..how about London? -- really don't know the teams --as far as maps, may i request WWII Iwo Jima?
