2010-10-13 14:54:12 - firlands25: gl all, still looking for my first win !!
2010-10-14 09:54:58 - General Roy: Have you joined the Society of Cooks? Because they have some excellent tutors there (me for one :)
2010-10-14 09:55:27 - General Roy: Who can guide you through teh best tactics in terminator games.
2010-10-14 09:56:03 - General Roy: Before I joined, I did not have an optimal playing style at all, and now these games are my best ones.
2010-10-14 09:57:05 - General Roy: One advice: Try to create some stacks placed in good position, rather than putting your troops on multiple territories. Gives you much better attacking positions.
2010-10-14 09:58:17 - General Roy: By the way, I would very much appreaviate if you would let me "Out of Africa" (Karen Blixen - if anyone recognise the reference. :)
2010-10-14 09:58:39 - General Roy: I don't want to fight you here.
2010-10-14 12:41:02 - firlands25: great film i hear ;) I'm in the soc
2010-10-14 12:42:47 - firlands25: now getting to grips with the games!!
2010-10-14 13:04:03 - macbone: And if you're interested, we at the SoC are running a standard invitational tournament right now
2010-10-14 13:04:18 - macbone: We still have a few games that need a player or two =)
2010-10-15 06:05:15 - General Roy: If you use this game as a tutored game, please refer to me in the subject line.
2010-10-15 06:06:13 - General Roy: Otherwise I may inadvertently peek!
2010-10-15 06:09:33 - General Roy: Ah, forgot this was a chainsaw massacre :)
2010-10-15 06:10:02 - General Roy: Otherwise I would not have attacked both F3 and A6.
2010-10-16 06:51:18 - macbone: Society of Cooks Standard Tournament recruiting now. Games start IMMEDIATELY. PM oldrisky44 to get in. macbone is offering free pizza.
2010-10-16 06:51:41 - macbone: Chainsaw massacres are only fun if you're holding the chainsaw =)
2010-10-16 06:52:29 - macbone: Roy, would you move aside so I can scoot my troops out of Oz?
2010-10-16 06:52:49 - macbone: I'm afraid our yellow neighbor wants to gobble us up =)
2010-10-16 13:28:47 - General Roy: Guess I would have done a long time ago if this had not been a chained game.
2010-10-16 13:31:41 - General Roy: JustJester, would you mind waiting with the attack until I also get out of Australia after macbone?
2010-10-19 07:47:57 - General Roy: You couldn' wait? Hope you rease you currently are the weakest player as a result.
2010-10-19 07:50:29 - General Roy: Noone who wants to give up any card spots, I see.
2010-10-19 07:51:17 - General Roy: This game is developing in a way I don't quite fancy
2010-10-19 14:58:29 - macbone: I'll swap with you, Roy.. I should have checked game chat before I made my move
2010-10-19 14:59:15 - macbone: Next turn, I'll leave you at least 1 carding spot
2010-10-20 05:16:35 - General Roy: Thanks a lot, macbone
2010-10-21 04:00:19 - macbone: Chained makes leaving carding spots tougher
2010-10-21 10:51:14 - General Roy: Definitely
2010-10-21 10:52:39 - General Roy: So I hope we can help each other a little there.
2010-10-21 10:52:49 - General Roy: Until it's killing time, of course :)
2010-10-22 02:48:06 - macbone: Oh, certainly =)
2010-10-22 02:48:30 - macbone: I left a card spot for you at N5, Roy
2010-10-22 02:48:38 - macbone: And anyone else who wants to use it, as well =)
2010-10-22 20:37:25 - General Roy: gg yellow. You probably made a mistake in that you were too busy protecting Australia bonus.
2010-10-23 17:14:30 - macbone: Good game, Roy
2010-10-23 19:22:19 - General Roy: OK, eliminated one and was myself eliminated. Went almost in balance.
2010-10-23 19:22:52 - General Roy: At least I have 3 standard escalating games to my credit the last few days, which more than makes up for it. :)
2010-10-23 19:24:16 - General Roy: Wish the rest of you a good game. Seems almost that you have this in hand, macbone!
2010-10-25 00:35:51 - kiwi3: Yes looks that way unless you get really really bad dice. Gg all
2010-10-25 02:04:43 - macbone: It's not over yet, guys =)
2010-10-25 02:09:40 - macbone: Well, that's pretty crappy. Looks like a self-fulfilling prophecy on my part.
2010-10-25 02:27:39 - kiwi3: Wow. Me too gg red. How can I roll double ones so many times...lol
