Standard |
In a standard game each player fends for himself and there is only one winner. |
Automatic |
Regions are randomly distributed at the start of the game and each region starts with three troops. |
Sequential |
A player is selected at random to go first and then subsequent players follow in turn. During a team game the play order alternates between the teams. |
Escalating |
At the end of your turn if you have conquered at least one region you get 'spoils.' Once you have three of the same color (or three different) these can be traded in at the start of your turn for bonus troops. Escalating Spoils indicates that each set traded in will be worth more than the previous. The first set is worth 4 bonus troops. Then 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20, 25 etc. If you own any of the regions that you trade in you get two bonus troops on those regions. |
Chained |
At the end of your turn you can reinforce once from one region to another (they must be connected by regions that you own). |
No |
Fog of War masks enemy positions that are not adjacent to your forces (or your team's forces). It also masks region and zone names in the log |
No |
You can only assault from regions held since the start of your turn. If you conquer a region during your turn you cannot assault from it until your next turn. |
None |

24 Hours |
Each player has up to 24 hours to complete a turn. You will get an email notification when it is your turn to play. |

2008-03-28 00:44:28 - subprime gained 90 points
2008-02-27 07:29:17 - Greycloak: Nope EI. There is nothing to gain by killing someone who has 20k units for cards worth 1k.
2008-02-28 22:40:50 - maniacmath17: we may be close to a record for turns taken...
2008-02-28 22:41:27 - maniacmath17: cause even though we have 142 rounds, its been 5 people at least which is 700 turns which beats the guys who have 2 people and 300 something turns
2008-02-28 22:41:50 - maniacmath17: *300 something rounds
2008-02-29 16:58:06 - Greycloak: I'm in a game with 4 of us at 346 rounds - http://www.conquerclub.com/game.php?game=207959
2008-03-03 15:38:28 - El: I know, greycloak, but is this game going to end? There will be a time, when a set is more armies worth than anyone of you has, but this is not in the nearer future
2008-03-03 17:25:29 - jiminski: hehe what sort of logic is that El?
2008-03-03 20:53:05 - El: "Greycloak: Nope EI. There is nothing to gain by killing someone who has 20k units for cards worth 1k." I mean, there will be a time where you will have to attack maybe 30k Armies to gain a set worth 40k Armies^^
2008-03-04 05:26:31 - maniacmath17: not if we keep leaving each other cards
2008-03-06 00:31:40 - Greycloak: And that state will continue as long as the card value is more than the piddly hundreds in the stacks.
2008-03-06 00:36:27 - Greycloak: , which is for ever. The only way out of this one is some kind of negotiation. The options as I see it are:
2008-03-06 00:36:45 - Greycloak: 1) Try to start another game and the winner takes all
2008-03-06 00:37:48 - Greycloak: 2) We set up some kind of agreement where we each are to have less units at the end of our turn than at the beginning
2008-03-06 00:38:33 - Greycloak: 3) Someone cuts a deal and makes an alliance. It would only take 3 of us to agree to waste the other two and at least the balance of power would shift.
2008-03-06 00:38:58 - Greycloak: 4) We wait and hope for 4 deadbeats.
2008-03-06 00:39:48 - Greycloak: ...or meteoroid strikes direct to your PCs, which is my current plan.
2008-03-06 00:40:20 - Greycloak: I am down for trying anything here so if anyone has an idea, count me as "in".
2008-03-06 01:05:23 - subprime: I think we've established that most of us are up for some type of resolution, count me "in" for whatever that involves
2008-03-06 01:07:23 - subprime: then I'd add if others don't want a compromise, it'd be real easy to cut off easy cards at this point
2008-03-06 16:30:20 - jiminski: we could set up a 5 man game .. perhaps classic as they are less prone to Stalemate? .. then we make it a winner takes all ... both games with the rest of us commiting suicide while the winner picks up the spoils!
2008-03-06 16:31:25 - jiminski: that would be a nice couple of hundred points for someone.
2008-03-06 19:29:45 - Naato: what's up with the redemption value. on my screen, it says 8
2008-03-06 19:29:54 - Naato: i didnt want to cash a set and find out if i actually only got 8 armies
2008-03-06 19:31:46 - Naato: ahh, if you load the entire log, then the redemption # adjusts....
2008-03-06 19:31:54 - Naato: and btw, im open to a resolution as well.
2008-03-06 22:05:47 - maniacmath17: me too

2008-03-27 00:36:44 - jiminski: Totals 170255 ( 100% ) 96 ( 100% ) note for blitz
2008-03-27 01:10:36 - Naato: its probably easier to just timeout? i did two big stacks so far.. takes a good minute + per attack, haha
2008-03-27 01:15:10 - Naato: my bad subprime, i got attack happy, and hit you in my flurry : - )
2008-03-27 04:38:08 - maniacmath17: nah 72 hours for each player would take too long
2008-03-27 04:38:29 - maniacmath17: just need someone to let me outta lurius and ill be able to end it quick
2008-03-27 12:50:32 - subprime: Donkey, just in case you don't know, we're ripping this game up to allow me to win :)
2008-03-27 18:28:15 - Greycloak: Grey's back. If you hit cancel when firefox asks about timing out, you can refresh in less time...
2008-03-28 00:20:51 - maniacmath17: that should do it
2008-03-28 00:20:57 - maniacmath17: i could probably have won it too, lol
