Just to clarify, the BPotW is a banana-themed photo/painting/picture . This week started the banana suit theme of which there are at least 2 more installments.

Exactly.

There is no proof that it is a banana. It is definitely silly and yellow though. Unless we have reason to believe that he is wearing something silly and yellow that is NOT a banana, we have to assume that it is a banana.

Nota Bene: All things silly and yellow are not bananas. People still have a constitutional right to wear things that are silly and yellow but are not bananas.
