Serious questions remain over 2nd Death Star destruction!

Although I've already shared this with other people on CC, it's time to reveal this to the general masses. Don't be silenced by those who would have us believe the George Lucas spin! WAKE UP!!!!!!
****************************************************************************************************
Many of you have been lead to believe that a group of rebels blew up the 2nd Death Star. I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news but you guys need to have your eyes opened. If you are the type of person who believes that "The Rebellion" brought down the Death Star by firing on the main reactor while still inside its' structure then you are probably gullible enough to believe that Wookies can operate an AT-ST Walker.

Please look at footage of the 1st Death Star being annihilated:

Battle of Yavin footage

Please notice how there was an immediate disintegration with parts of the original Death Star expanding outward and the initial flame from the burst diminishing in power in only seconds.

Now please look at footage we've obtained from the 2nd Death Star being destroyed:

Battle of Endor footage

Did you catch that?!! @7:10

"Alright Wedge, go for the power regulator on the north tower"

Uh...power regulator?!! What happened to destroying it by just hitting the main reactor via a thermal exhaust port like in the Battle of Yavin...hmmmmmm :-k

Now think about this...@ 7:14 Wedge Antilles (if you believe it's actually him) says, "I'm already on my way out" How could this be possible if laser fire hadn't even begun!!!!!

Finally, look @ 7:30 - 8:05 of the video. What do we see? A slow, burning fire. Not an immediate explosion! It takes a full 35 seconds to slow-burn outwardly, thus giving Lando & Co. to barely escape (how convenient...hmmm). Keep in mind that Luke was able to escape with Darth Vader (formerly a member of the old Jedi order) during this entire escapade! Luke later recounted how he had watched the explosion from about 6 parsecs away when the Death Star was destroyed...hmmmmm.

Galactic Empire-manufactured metal does not slow-burn like that...it disintegrates immediately. It's outer space, people!!! #-o

I've taken the time to gather some quotes from others who have raised concern over this issue. It's time that we confront the truth no matter how difficult it is to accept. If you've had questions on this...YOU ARE NOT ALONE! Now is not the time to be silent. Follow in the footsteps of these other brave individuals:

Image

"Mee-sa has ahlways been somethin suspicious of theesa reports of a slowsa burnin' fire from Da Endor Battle. Iza been a tryin' and a tryin' to get to da bottom of da whole thing. But evwy time mee-sa been close to undacoverin' da truth it get-sa buried in da committees in da Senate. Somduns a fishy boutsa da whole thing and smells as bad as a Goober Fish!!!" - Former senator of Naboo, Jar Jar Binks

Image

"My son, in the time before your home planet, Krypton, blew up <garbled>.....observed.....<garbled>....long time ago in a galaxy far, far away from our planet....<garbled>.....was battle near Endor moon. We did not interfere but only observed. It was obvious to us that this group of rebels had not destroyed their enemy's weapon's station with normal phaser blasts but rather they probably.....<garbled>......and then.....<garbled>....vote Ron Paul....<garbled>....should anyone ask"
- voice of Jor-El in a partial transmission recovered from a broken Kryptonian shard found in Superman's Fortress of Solitude

Image

"The Emperor and I were very tight. You could almost say we were chums. We both belonged to BOGED (Brotherhood of Galactic Evil Dictators). It was he who came up with the brilliant idea of trapping the Rebels in an ambush using Bothan spies as bait. It's hardly feasible that he would let a lowly group of rebels simply destroy his most powerful weapon with just a few shots to a power regulator. I will miss him at the charades contest when we evil dictators hold our annual convention next year. I think he also owes me 5 bucks!" - Ming the Merciless

Image

"I have no time for people who carelessly repeat the notion that a power regulator lead to the demise of the Empire's Death Star near Endor. That's like saying I was able to blow up "The Nostromo" in Alien by lighting a match in the galley." - Ellen Ripley, Warrant Officer & mineral ore researcher

Image

"It is purely illogical that such a plan to destroy such a technologically superior weapon's station would succeed. Despite my repeated attempts to gain an audience with participants engaged in the battle, I have been denied access. I believe that those covering up the real nature of the Death Star's destruction know that should I gain access...I could perform a Vulcan mind-meld on beings such as Admiral Ackbar, Lando Calrissian, or some of the Ewoks and uncover the truth. Live long and prosper." - Mr. Spock, 1st Officer to Capt. James T. Kirk, USS Enterprise

Image

"While leading the last remaining survivors of a rag-tag fleet across the galaxy in search of Earth...our long-range scanners picked up an explosion coming from Endor. At first it was so weak we believed that some silly malfunctioning Cylons had crashed into each other. When we learned later that the Death Star had exploded and that The Rebellion had taken credit for it, both Colonel Tigh and I agreed that it would have registered a much more distinctive mark on our instruments. I remember both Apollo & Starbuck simultaneously exclaiming on the bridge, 'Inside Job'!! I agree" - Adama, Commander of The Galactica

Image

"I'm sorry, It is not permissible for me to allow humans to believe in this cover up" - HAL 9000, on-board computer assistant of The Discovery

Image

"The Death Star blown up by the Millennium Falcon & an X-Wing Fighter?!!....Haha. Don't make me laugh. Next thing you'll be telling me that Wilma Deering doesn't dig my chest hair...ROFL!!" - Buck Rogers, Captain of Ranger III Space Shuttle (now residing on 25th century Earth)

Image

"Oh yes, yes, yes. Good heavens, yes! I've heard how the fabled group of ruffians known as Rebels made such a daring attack against The Empire. Well tell me now, sheeples of the universe...are you all as dense as Neptune all the time or only when spoon-fed the official Galactic Republic version of events? Ha! I scoff at the New Republic Commission's Report." - Dr. Zachary Smith, Intergalactic Psychology & Environmental Specialist, Jupiter 2 spacecraft

You guys don't have to be afraid to speak up. As you can see, there have been others willing to risk their reputations in order to get to the truth! There's a war for your mind...I just pray it's not too late for most of you to wake up. This whole thing reeks of Bantha poo-doo!

That's not what I'm saying, you twit! The Jedi were in on it the whole time and probably conspired with someone on the inside who was close enough to or high enough within the Empire's power team to make the stinking thing blow up.

Read my sources!

He was obviously just using a figure of speech. The video shows that he fired his lasers about 1 second after saying that and he did escape from the explosion immediately after attacking. Why would that be concrete evidence of an inside job? ;)

CYLON - 1978-1979 version
Imperious Leader: Welcome, I have grave news. A handful of Colonials prevail, but we will soon find them ... There can be no survivors. So long as one human remains alive, the Alliance is threatened ... Your time is at an end.
Cylon Warrior: Death Squadron, Attack!

CYLON - 2003-2009 version
Six: You and your... race invented murder. Invented killing for sport, greed, envy. It's man's one true art form. ... Yes, well, we're you're children. You taught us well. ... Humanity’s children are returning home. Today.

nicely done.

cant help be reminded by the Family Guy spoof, where the general assures stewie(vader) that the death star is 99.9% indistructible.

Stewie then says...i wouldnt be doing my job if I didnt ask, whats the point one?

Well, if a fighter shot two torpedos down the main reactor shaft, it would cause a chain reaction and blow up the whole thing.

Cant you put a piece of plywood over it or something?

Well, the didnt want to for aesthetic reasons. Its only 2 meters wide, not bigger than a womprat...and you have to go through a shaft with guns protecting it to get to it. It should be fine. :D

I seriously paraphased that. Any star wars fan, or even foe that has not seen Blue Harvest, run, dont walk to rent/buy it

Nobody seems all that broken up over all the innocent contractors who died. Think about that.

What! You can't be serious about that. Those were all employees of the emperor who willingly went along with the plans to build it. I'm not saying I'm happy about construction workers dying but it's not like they were all innocent.

As someone who has watched a few youtube videos made by paranoid media studies undergraduates, I can categorically state that death star reactors do not explode like that. Compare original footage of the blast with later 'retouched' versions and ask yourself why george lucas felt it necessary to rewrite history...
And anyone who believes a gang of backwards, mange-ridden animals with pointed sticks can defeat an imperial squadron is either blind or being paid to say so.

You forgot the canteen staff. Think about them!

Actually there's a bigger question here:
How the hell did a swamp monster end up in a battlestation in outer space!?

I did read them and they're all a bunch of bitter science fiction has-beens who are desperately trying to cling to whatever bit of fame they have left.

Tell me how George Lucas is covering up the truth but a middle aged political science teacher who still roots for the Cubs has somehow discovered it? Or are you hunkered down somewhere in a cave on the ice planet Hoth eating canned Tontons.

Right now I'm just raising awareness

Of course there are credible sources showing who could have done it. I'm not sure you can handle the truth at this moment.

And you can hear the SOUND from the explosions. This is very relevant. In space, no-one should be able to hear this.

So to all you deniers out there who think you're so smart for believing the 20th Century Fox version of events...let me throw this out to you.

Ask yourself this question: Who would have access nearly 24/7 to the inner structures of the second Death Star? Who would have the motive to undermine the Empire? Who would have access to detonation devices and have the hutspah to use them?

All trails eventually point to one human....Admiral Firmus Piet

Image

This hologram message transmission was found back at Piet's home about 4 months after the Republic closed hearings on the matter. It was never allowed to be submitted as evidence during committee hearings.

"If you are hearing this message then I am unfortunately at one with the force........

For 20 years I faithfully worked for the Empire. 20 years of hunting down rebels!...20 years of being forced to chase them down through dangerous asteroid fields...20 years of being shot by ion cannons...and 20 years of bad cafeteria food. Despite all that, I still served the Emperor and Vader flawlessly. You would think after all that I would be recognized with an "atta boy, Piet!" or "May the force be with you, Piet!". Maybe I could become Empire employee of the month, but no!! Even as an Admiral I never received my own landing area for parking my shuttle so I could get to the bridge quicker.

The breaking point for me was when the Emperor refused to offer us a comprehensive health care package...and when I mean comprehensive I mean actual "universal" health care. Not just a health care plan limited to 8 galaxies! I've got a wife and kids to take care of (which I hardly ever see). We should be able to receive any type of health care available....anywhere, anytime, any solar system. I don't care if it's an emergency medical hologram like the kind on STAR TREK: VOYAGER, a medical frigate, or a 24 walk-in clinic on Drac. If the Klingon Empire can give its citizens universal health care, why not the Galactic Empire?!! When my little boy contracted an illness we had to take him to an underground clinic controlled by the Hutts. It's just too much.

I have concluded that life under a Galactic Republic controlled by the Rebellion can't be any worse than a government under the control of a Sith Lord. I have taken measures into my own hands and will detonate the Death Star from within. My eyes have been opened to the truth!! Goodbye cruel galaxy...Na-noo, Na-noo"

It is as luns says. Piet conspired with both disgruntled empire employees and higher ups within the rebellion to destroy the death star. The kicker though is he did not actually die. As agreed upon with the rebel leaders he made a last minute escape to a distant planet where he is living under the rebel's witness protection program along with several others who helped destroy the death star. While his exact locations are unknown it is rumored that he is currently living somewhere in the outer rim territories.

the death star explosions were obviously stages to Darth Vader would have an excuse to invade the desert world tatooine, which just so happens to be the galaxy's leading producer of oil. oh and by the way, Vader and a lot of his friends happen to own stock in a lot of oil companies.... but i'm sure that's just coincidence, right? anyways, now that they've discovered oil on Hoth i don't think it'll matter much, if we can get past all those tree hugging, Tauntaun loving hippies who are worried about the Wampa population...

also, guess who had this to say about Hoth
"Sir, the Hoth system is supposed to be devoid of Human lifeforms."
Captain Firmus Piett

hah, as if he didn't know about the 'supposed' rebel Echo Base...the plot thickens...
