Hey I'm playing in game 5341508. I just captured all the shields but I didn't win. Is this a problem with the beta? Or am I missing something?

I had the same idea, but hadn't got as far as drawing anything out yet. I had some ideas that I'll share though.

1) Just use freeways as connections and make the cities/areas continents instead of trying to create borders for each area. This would look kind of like islands with freeway bridges ...

Sounds to me like your target is the guy above the crosshair and the text wraped that way. Not totally sure though so best to max screen to be sure.
