Ok, lets go for some playability coments.

there are 42 non-neutral starting territories, just like classic, which is good. however, the +1 legion bonus can lead to an unfair game-winning advantage for the first player in 1v1 games. we can correct this by changing the bonus to +1 for each legion ...

Afffff, talking about the tilt is getting boring. Im not really considering to approve it, because:

As a resident of the United States, that looks quite odd to me. Perhaps we just don't think Brazil looks weird tilted because we don't live there and don't see the map due North all the time ...

Main problems: some of the side notes have wrong info (like Rio having 1 million people, lol, its more like 5-10 millions) that we would need to correct
well, this map is set in 1900 - when there were just 1 million people. i stand by my map.

Very good entries...

Some little comments:

A: Very dark, and all areas being the same colour is not helping it. Loved the legend.
B: Good one, no major problems beyond the flag colours contrasting too much to the dark general aspect.

Hey, people. For now I read almost all the posts, so I will place some opinions.

First, about graphics:
I liked the A3 and D3 size the most, too. The variations added to attackers are great, and the horses are very good too.

Some other things:
- I think the defenders deserve a more beautiful ...

This post is just to say that Im back. Tomorrow I will read all the comments about playabilty to discuss, and of course place my opinion about the graphics... But Telvannia is really great at graphs, so I dont know I will have many complaints, lol :mrgreen:

As for the ionic bonds, I can readily see situations where a person would attack the opposing ion just to use as a buffer against getting attacked from that ion.

Hahahaha, really... What makes me to remember... that ion also has borders... But of course the smart player will conquer all of them ...

Well, maybe you can get support to continue on it, they are quenching some really bad maps recently, so I wont say you I doubt you will suceed. Just to say, the idea of another classic could be good, although not necessary... but this your version is REALLY bad. Hmmmm, thinking better... I think I wouldnt like any change in the classic map, lol.

Just to say, in my opinion there are 2 things that never will be good ideas, they were tried several times, but the whole concept is bad:

1 - keyboard
2 - periodic table

The changes I would suggest:

- eliminate Jurong - Bukit route (the blue area is already a hard one)
- adjust some bonuses:
blue to 6
dark green to 5
red to 4 (maybe)
