Which is why I like the implementation of the leap ladder recently, as in order to be the best you have to beat the best. Im sure this is a mentality that alot of people share, which is why the "perceptions" shown here more often than not show the results they do.

They are ranking very different things
1) Strength for the 2011 CCup
2) Who was the best in 2010

The Power Rankings were done by each clan

Blitz's rankings were done by select individuals arbitrarily chosen by Blitz and I'm not even sure if Blitz disclosed who ...

Based on what I have seen in our mini challenge with them, TSM is definitely a top 4 clan. It comes back to what the rankings are meant for... TSM is top 4 in skill and talent, but were not one of the best 4 clans of 2010 because they weren't active enough. This is Power Rankings, not Best of 2010 ...

Great question, I kind of like the idea of not allowing them to play a 16th, it adds more strategy with leaving one of your top ...

The last few times battles like this happened, the clan on the wrong end ended up fading out. That is not good for the clan world as a whole.
