I find it better to go last in sequential games, especially if it's escalating cards. Either way, you get to attack other people's 1s and 2s rather than only having 3s to attack for your first turn.

In fact, I suggest that no one be allowed to leave negative feedback who is more than 2 ranks ahead of them. Also, anyone with a rank that involves bent lines should not be allowed to leave ...
