Does it really matter everyone does it. I would say it is a must if you want to keep 40+ games going. I am sure I was farmed for the first few months before I found regular players to team with to attempt to balance out points. It is a good way to counter the poor Rolls from the dice LOL.

Arms Race Board is broken

You do not get the +50 troops when holding the President, launch code, and entire missile.
also you no longer have to occupy all the regions on the missile to still be allowed to Bombard enemy regions in the other country.
PLEASE FIX IT as it is not right
