Clockwork confirmed a while ago.

There is an alomost 100% that the first reserve team will end up in team 18 if zimmah doesn't delete that team. skavenlord is inactive.

I think the territories and fonts are boring looking.

Relax you can join up with others only the people with no team list. Also I doubt that Skavenlord will join the tournament.
