Hi...I am not getting extra armies for region or capitals held. Why not?

Unfortunately thats not very good at all. On some continents its difficult to see see what colour your army is. I work as an Art Director for an ad agency an its my job to spot stuff like this. You need to change it back. But appreciate the effort tho.
