Re: [GP] Surrender/Resign/Forfeit Button

There is a Resign button feature available in the Beta website right now. All those who are members of the Beta group can test this right now to check for any possible bugs before it can go live. If you want to join the Beta group, please contact Icepack or JamesKer1 as they are current team ...

Re: [GP] Surrender/Resign/Forfeit Button

An obvious feature this place has needed forever and still does. The point dumping argument is a red herring, since the lack of a surrender button does not prevent point dumping one iota.

Re: Lets vote on the "I Quit Button"

YES

what is the penalty for using this option ?

NO

you just lose the game. everything stays the same.

the problem is this was discussed a lot of times before and it was always a no go...
There has to be a penalty of some type
Otherwise it is a bad idea
I can see it being used as a CHEAT if ...

Re: Win up to 6 YEARS PREMIUM

$25 is nothing. I spend more on beer at happy hour after work on a Thursday night. I used to not think twice about paying for my premium membership here. I did not renew the last time it expired and will not renew, even though the cost is completely inconsequential.

The site has gone to crap. Tons ...

Re: Site Lag - ALL CLAN MEMBERS PLEASE READ

speed turns was a great tool for catching clanmates' turns that were about to go un-taken.

I understand the need to eliminate it if it's bogging down the site, but the functionality is still desirable... is ConquerTell less taxing on the API? Could it be modified to monitor a group's turns vice an ...

impressed by TheCrown's accomplishment. Much less underhanded than some of the other methods conquerors used to get their titles.

Re: The Crown [pending]

LOL, it seems slightly devious, but mostly clever. Just like bad runs of dice, it'll even out in the end. Pretty dang ingenious... and obvious now that someone has done it. I'd expect it to be made explicitly against the rules now, if it's determined to be a form of cheating.

Well, we finally got resolution. I had good (then bad then good then bad and finally good again fortune (lastly with a lucky 3-card set)) in this one and won it.

Re: How to post snapshots in Public Chat in games

LOL, I did the same exact thing thinking it was a solution to the 12 hour rule, without thinking it through enough to realize it was revealing EVERYTHING my side could see, not just what the opponent SHOULD see. I got razzed and felt pretty stupid when it was pointed out to me. The classic "slap ...

it's all over but the crying. I have ACE up 21-17 with 3 to play. I f*cked up the tiebreaking game on Three Kingdoms of Korea and sunk our hopes.

Bravo to ACE. We thought we had it when we went 10-10 on their home maps and they beat us on ours. Can't say anything but "good game" and ...
