While I agree that anything to speed up the games is good, I am not sure that turning them into terminator games is the answer as I think you would still just have them drawn out. I would recommend either going to 8 games per round for the remaining rounds and eliminating the no spoils games or stay ...

If so, I guess our games are meaningless from Legion of the Damned's standpoint as it is mathematically impossible for our team to move to the finals even if we win all nine games and get the bonus points.

You might want to go back and re-check your totals. Based upon what I am seeing under the Game Finder for games in this tournament, you have actually lost 12. If you win the last game, you will be in the top 6 that automatically move on. If you lose ...
