so I was about to post about this and decided to look on the 'to do' list and found that it was rejected.

games that start off with 4 or more players
only 2 players left
maybe there could be some calculation based on the number of armies or countries of the remaining players before the button appears
increase the points lost by ...

you could generalize it and remove any copyright issues
