Even 11v11 we would have still lost by 3 or 4. That being said, the officiating was the worst I've seen for a long time, just error after error after error after error after error.

The officiating for the Barcelona game was - to be kind to the officials - terrible.

I don't think City were ever going to qualify, although I think Barcelona were worried. Barcelona were denied a clear penalty and had a legitimate goal disallowed in the first half. The better team are through.

Is this real? Normally/usually, police on camera would attempt to actually make an arrest if they started beating the alleged criminals. They don't even seem to try to arrest these women. It was more like "Hey, you can't do that here, let's beat you until you leave."

Well, to say I'm gutted is an understatement. Our record signing Ozil's penalty miss has cost us any chance we had. If he tucks that penalty away, we're 1-0 up after 10 minutes and the entire course of events change last night.

Glad to see Atletico won, I backed them big style :)

Surely when Messi went through, Demichelis had 2 choices.

1. Bring him down outside the box , get sent off and hope Barca don't score from the free kick and the 10 men could hold on
2. Sprint along next to Messi as best he could, putting pressure on. If Messi scores, at least it's still 11v11 ...
