There were no spots with 1s for an easy Card, so I just put the 3 on China, but noticed a good possibility for a Continent bonus, so I took the other adjacent territories and put their people on China. Is this a sound strategy or does something like this work only if it goes unpunished?

Quote of the year ^_^. I have been calming down and sometimes after a bad roll let the computer sit for a minute and dice battles have been a lot easier ^_^.

It was the first round and my turn was last. I had 3 on West Australia and 6 on East Australia. New Guinea was owned by someone else with 3, and Indonesia had 1 (by a different player).
