Ok so the large stacks of killer neutrals would be exempt from this option. Any other comments? Good, bad or otherwise?

Concise description:

A new game option in which instead of the neutrals being spread across a the empty territories with three per territory, those neutrals would be divided amongst the players to be placed on any unoccupied territory.

This would definately help in the Trench Warfare games on the big maps. I am in one now that has no end in sight.

I was going to suggest this and came across this thread. A lot of my friends that play have said it would be awesome to be able to review your games in a time lapse fashion. Def on fog games it should be limited to the end of the game but maybe this limitation should be placed on all games so that ...

This is a horrible change. I like to be able to look for an interesting map, click on it for full size image and decide if i want to play it. This will most likely stop people from trying new maps. They will stick to the ones they know the name of. Also new visitors have no (easy) way of knowing ...

It is just strategy. No rule broken either way. It's just another layer to the onion you might say.
