But very much advised. High ranking players target low ranking players as they dont want to lose too many points. Its only fair that the reverse is done.

The question begged is, to what extent to players who have come to an 'understanding' about how they approach their games have an obligation to share that understanding with other players.

But it would still suck to join a 3 or 4 player game or whatever with them on a map that they play like this without knowing that they do.

I would agree it might fall short of 'cheating' or 'abuse' though.

I think his actual complaint is not the shitty rating he got from gogglez (which is insignificant in light of the fact that he is rated 4.1 anyway) but that gogglez responded to the shitty rating which he left himself by saying that he was a "reported multi/cheater"...which is not ratings abuse ...
