14 december is creating the games, then people have one week to fill them, most of the games will start around the 21.
Maybe on the 19th or 20th.
It's possible to fill your away games on the 15th december ofc, but usually it's not what I see.

Didn't we use to have a Christmas break in the division ?
Next round games are going to start on the 21st december.

Ratings is usually used by other players to evalute how they can trust you and/or if they'd like to play with you.
Therefore it's weird that you'd like to have a low ratings because that means some people are less likely to join a game with you, or in game wouldn't trust your words.

May I suggest to replace King's Court by King's Court 2?
It's more suited for 8 players game imho.

But the clock did not stop when the site was down.
I now have several games with a time above 24h00 for remaining turns, in which a turn was missed
( and that's just for me ofc).
