Final 8 will play until a player has 15 points. Each player will start with points depending on number of lives they have left in the penultimate round. In the finals I will be tracking lives but they will no longer matter

On the contrary I think it's actually more fair, you're both playing two games at the same time.
if two different players join both games, it's harder for the host.

I've been on both end of that situation and found it ok.

Duh, I was not understanding how they could have a better score with me seeing as LHDD won and I always predict LHDD win it.
