I have never seen the Wizard toolbar disappear. Did it perhaps get scrolled offscreen somehow?

The way Bridges and Canoes are placed in the legend, it's possible to misinterpret them as also being impassables. Any chance of simply naming the section "Passable" or some-such?
Technically, though, the canoes connect to Atlantis, not each other.

Don't overdo it on the decaying regions. First, I'd suggest going back to the tar pits for the sole reason that it's confusing to have more than one icon mean the same thing, especially if they're explained in different sections of the map. Secondly, your decaying regions should not be adjacent to ...

sorry i don't think i explained it well, originally there was text at each which said something along the lines of "the pterodactyl is very protective of her eggs and will attack anyone who gets close" and "don't get close to the water, or you might get eaten" but i removed it because it was hard to ...

this map sounds interesting, however what decides what formulas are bonuses, i might go for a number of territories that would make a formula to then find that it didn't actually reward anything

Unlike Sully, I would say to keep the tar pits but like Sully, place them more carefully. Right now, as soon as someone has a bonus, no troops will be on them anyway. If you place them on bonus borders (both sides) then they will get into the thinking of players more. Like the small dinos by the ...

Is there a way of making killer neutrals part of a bonus? I don't see a way of adding them without adding a new territory

I'd ditch the tar pits, I don't think they add much to the gameplay. As for the dinosaurs, I think Scavenger should replace the mountain/rift impassable between Travi-Zimmotogoa-Village of Nok-Triage-Ginerbis, and I think Tyrant should replace the mountain range in the center of South America ...
