where is the best place to post for a dubs/team player to help mentor a mediocre player with a lot of potential?

When you are new I recommend Terminator games. That way if you can even get one kill you will score some points.

what would you say is the best way to increase points? playing lots of 1v1 games and earning smaller amounts or joining large games against higher ranks with large amounts of points up for grabs but a smaller chance of winning? obviously winning games is the best way !
