If it's escalating cards... i usually try to take the one with the most (if I'm lucky enough to have that power) and so on and so forth.

What if they are bad? They get an anti-salute? How do we know the playstyles (deadbeat/miss turn/secret dip) of repeat offenders if we wipe everything clean? What if you don't play alot, and you don't get that many salutes? People won't want to play with a "low-saluted" person. Right direction ...

The last person never took his turn though. You would be double penalizing that player if you made him last player. Also, don't play Freestyle if you don't like that.

Let me guess, you have just got through an unbearable game where people missed tons of turns? Still, it has been rejected before.

Does turn % predict deadbeating? It is really only a measure of past activity. I guess it is better than no prediction at all, but it isn't very accurate.
