CC can't check everyone's account all the time for multis, so they rely on the community to report people suspected of multis before they investigate... If nobody reported anything or accused anyone, then the system would not work... that's what I meant by "that's how the system works... SO SUCK IT ...

well basically, my first neg feedback was left by a guy who was mad I beat him and was asking me to perform various lewd sexual acts to him in the game chat to which I didn't respond, then he left me neg feedback. The other one was retaliatory neg feedback in the worst way.
