you would have to begin round 2 with the 7 x 3 player games and 1 x 2 player game the winners joining the winners of the other rounds leaving 16 players to go through ...

if you cannot find the time get someone else involved or cancel it altogether.

Just done a review to try and help you. All games started (and 1 finished already) apart from the following where you are missing players:

1,3,4,10,12,15,16 all missing 1 player.
6 missing 2 players.
