You may go round in circles in Circus Maximus but the layout and gameplay I'm proposing is very, very different from that map.

Looking at the layout, perhaps there should be 9 or 10 circles instead.

Something centred around circles

I can't remember how I started thinking about this, but today I thought about making a map centred around circles. I don't know if one has been thought of or made before, since searching for the word circles in the map foundry brings up over 4000 results.

Re: Full English Breakfast - updated 24/11/10

I am so loving this map, although i prefer Irish breakfast! if this one is successful, can you make me an Irish Breakfast one? I want my black and white puddings to attack each other.

An Irish breakfast isn't that much different from an English breakfast. Just replace the beans with sliced potato ...

Where's the black and white pudding!

I don't like black pudding or white pudding which is why I probably didn't put it on before. I fixed that though, so now it's making an appearance.

Don't just eat it - conquer it!

I have to admit, I had my skepticisms about a breakfast map, but I think this could work, especially with the losing conditions. I do have a few tweaks/suggestions (though most of your ideas are good ones):
-Have the salt and pepper be different territories ...

Re: Full English Breakfast - updated 2/11/10

I can't picture how I would adapt this to the capital map diagram so I think I will leave the image the way it is and not enter the contest.

Edit 20/11/10:

I've made some changes. I've removed the knife, fork and serviette and I've moved the salt and pepper to one side. Now players can use the ...

Full English Breakfast - updated 24/11/10

I was reading about the capital competition and the part of it where each capital is connected to one adjoining territory, (and probably the yellow colour in the example gameplay diagram), made me think of fried eggs and how they would be good in this situation, (yolk = capital, egg white ...
