if you mean the=at when you end a round everyone has to wait untill 12 hours : no

if you mean that you dont know if you have to wait 12 hours in 1v1: even if you end your turn last in a round as soon as an opponent starts ...

i believe so (prob to stop deadbeaters from joining teamgames)

the only way i know out is to play more than 5 games (and complete them)

you could also just open the slide then press 0 and it will automatticly go there

order is as normal except the eliminated players are skippe

the order : Pl1 -> Pl3 -> Pl2 ->Pl4

(Pl2 is dead)

the order : Pl1-> Pl3 -> Pl4-> Pl1 -> Pl3 etc.

at this tima at CC that is impossible

you missed two turns so you get compensated by multiplying your army bonus.

(amount of times missed) + 1(standing for your turn) x total army bonus

in your case : 2+1 x 18 = 84
