well actually ur wrong, if you have an account that has been previously banned then you CAN make a new one.... they wont bann you for being a multi if your old acc is banned.

well no im not confessing to being a multi, the term multi entails having multiple accounts, i have only this one. my avi is easy enough to change considering i chose it because of the pikachu rather than the swastika.

I am not a multi, Multi entails that i have multiple accounts. I only have 1. i also know that if you have previously had an account that has been banned you cannot make a new one. I have not had a previous account banned so i am breaking no rules whatsoever.
