Someone else will be taking my turns [Settled]

Just decided to say that SteepsCoulepes will be taking my turns starting Friday as I will be out of town. Thanks.

Re: Minimum points gain

No offence but if you have skill then you would probably be able to beat low ranked player most of the time...

I think I have to disagree. Just because someone has a lower rank does not mean they are necessarily any worse than other players. It could just be a string of bad luck losses that led ...

Re: Turn alert phone texts

Hmm... I may have to check on that, Yeti. I'll look into it, thanks.

As to the cost, I'm not sure becase I'm not sure what exactly something like this would cost. I imagine that it wouldn't really cost anything as all that is essentially happening is that you switch your e-mail for a phone number ...

Re: Turn alert phone texts

In reply to both posters, I'd have to say that:

A.) The e-mail client would then forward all e-mail to my phone which would be troublesome considering my job requires me to receieve a nearly constant stream of e-mail.

B.) I believe I can assume that not all premium members necessarily try to ...

Turn alert phone texts

Concise description:

⋅ I don't know if anyone has thought of this yet, but I know I would personally find some sort of system that texts your cell phone when it's your turn to be very helpful. It would certainly eliminate much of the hassle of me trying to find a computer when it could ...

Just a thought...

Ok, so maybe it's just me, but I don't really like the army multiplier for when a player misses a turn. I think that if you do miss a turn, it's your own fault and you shouldn't be rewarded with those extra armies on your next turn. I hate coming back to a game where someone has missed a turn just ...

I won't argue with you on that. Anything's possible. HOWEVER, it's also possible that that guy just never came back and took his turn. Just tryin' to make sure you consider that to be a possiblilty as well...

I'm sure that Wonderboy isn't invloved in any multi-in with either of those people because he's the one who introuced me to the game and told me that you shouldn't do it at all. Sometimes things like that just happen. You can't really jump to conclusions about it.
