It's legal, but completely infuriating in speed games, especially the less "speedy" 5-minute speed games.

The site still has problems mainly in the afternoon, with frequent timeouts that make it very hard and frustrating to play. I quit because of that reason a year ago. Now it's not so terrible, but the problems are still there. No wonder people don't renew their subscriptions.
