I did check and if you would be kind enough to point out where it says that then I would appreciate it.

The only ones I see are in the rejected section that are Replacements in Real Time Games and Real Time Only Server. Neither of these covers my suggestion in my opinion.

Option to flag a game as real time

I entered a game that was real time and had no way of knowing before hand. Luckily I went out fast because of unlucky dice but in the future it would be helpful if there was some type of indicator to show that the game was real time. If I had known I would have never joined though.

Won't stop them joining an open game...taking the last slot and spoiling that game...

I don't think anything will completely solve the problem but it would be a step in the right direction.

Or you implement a cap to be determined based off of how it would be calculated and allow either the ...

You could always just show a percentage of deadbeat games of 3 missed turns vs number of games played. At least in my opinion this would be the most fair and not penalize those who have several hundred to thousands of games.
