well , I totally agree with steve monkey , he is completely right ! And I really don`t understand what you say bad speler , people who doesn`t know won`t care , right , but you say that people who know the region might get confused...I think , if they get confused they DO NOT know the region ...

you don`t wanna see do you ? first of all it is bullshit that your opponents would be penalized if you can take your turn each time they took one , it`s just fair and how every normal game works , one turn them , one turn we....and then you forget that sometimes you are punished with some deadbeat ...

In my opinion it is very unfair in team games that once your team mate is eliminated your opponents can take turns one after another. when your alone against 2 or 5 it is already very hard to go ahead, so I think it would be better that one opponent takes his turn , then me , then the other opponent ...
