You could allow a certain % of forfeits per games played before a penalty is applied. Like one freebie, then dock points for each forfeit unless enough games were completed in the interim to make the second forfeit reasonable.

For USA you could have a playoff on a USA map, that would be cool, the winners could represent on a world map. Same for Canada or UK, I suppose, or even Russia, if someone could draw up a map to play on

I dont have the greatest color vision, and to me the orange and green blend together. I think it would help to switch a diff color with the orange.
