I've never entered a Conquer Cup before, does it wait til all 640 have joined before it starts making games, or does it start making games as soon as there are enough people?

Not sure if I have missed a message somewhere telling me about it, but shouldn't this have started already?

I voted large, I have just been getting into team games, and the first map I played on teams was world 2.1, the size of it had me pretty scared at first, but it was one of the best games I have played here.
