This is getting a little ridiculous. 475 armies each???? What are these guys doing, just deploying and not attacking each other?

I'm sure you've received this one before. It would be fun to create the option to allow players to select their territories to drop their armies at the beginning of a game. It could pose time issues and problems. Perhaps initially available only in speed games with 2 minutes or less to place armies ...
