I'm trying to move my armies around.

The system won't accept the changes.

One time, by refreshing I got double the armies on the wrong territory.

Has this happened to anyone else ?

I'm going through Asia and got stuck in Mongolia.

From there I can't go anywhere else.

Have to wait next turn.

Go to another nation to try to take Asia.
