Re: Is this bad sportsmanship in FoW? (different issue)

Cheat, you present your debate like it is pure logic itself which is so strange to read since you are defending a totally made-up rule.

When I play assassin games, I find it completely unsportsmanlike for people to use the chat... because what sort of assassin would chat to other assassins during a ...

Re: Is this bad sportsmanship in FoW? (different issue)

Incorrect. I'm quite certain the condition of the FoW game includes a chat box. It's most certainly there.

Personally, I'd like to see a FoW option to turn the chat box on or off in game set-up. I think that's the only way to keep the people who follow their own imaginary rules happy.

Re: Is this bad sportsmanship in FoW? (different issue)

I've gotta start signing up for FoW games again because I want to see more people crying about an "unwritten" rule that doesn't exist!! Ho ho!! Good times.

"Unwritten" rule is pure comedy gold. You can have a preference, but there is no rule saying we can't talk about what's going on in the map in ...

Very impressive, incredible even. Wouldn't have guessed you'd take on such a well designed and comprehensive new feature, thank you team!

Amazed you have kept the data on every single roll going back so many games... kleptomaniac perhaps? :D Great feature!

Re: Limited membership (4-game-maximum membership)

I will be glad to help with this suggestion.

1. T7 purchases standard premium membership for $25
2. T7 sends me a PM with his password and his personal game limit for casual games
3. Anytime T7 exceeds his personal game limit, I will log into his account and make all his games unwinnable for him
4 ...

Limited membership (4-game-maximum membership)

Concise description:

Limited membership (4-game-maximum membership, but you can use any of those 4 game slots for speed games)

Specifics/Details:

I used to be a member of CC, however I ended up with 25 games all running at once - not to mention the speed games. It really got out of hand ...

Re: Fortification dropdowns (merged) [Done]

Thanks for opening up the poll guys.

No worries, I expected there would be tons of votes from people who like the changes, and few from people who don't. The results are really surprising me.

I think Lack will need to put some thought into this change, looks like it's more unpopular than ...

If it was a compulsory vote, I'd put it in. But since it's not, people who don't care at all won't look at this poll in the first place.

Do you like the new reinforcement system?

CC recently changed the drop-down menus for reinforcement and how the drop-down menus work.

This is a poll to get an indication of people's thoughts on the change.

Posts describing your reasons are very welcome! Thanks!

Re: Fortification dropdowns (merged) [Done]

Yup. Still have problems with the new order. I think of the amount of troops I want to move from THERE to THERE and dial that in, then I look at what the territory names are and dial those in.

If you can't stand the new order, it can be allieviated a bit by doing it in the order you want ...

Re: Fortification dropdowns (merged) [Done]

I came here to find out why such a crazy change was made.

Looks like a good idea got turned into a bad implimentation. Surely the order hasn't been dictated because of analysis of our thought structure, but so that the quantity of troops doesn't change after being the first thing selected, then a ...

I'm among those who played the classic map almost exclusively. I can't do that here now, and it's pissing me off... All in all I'd rather be here, but not without a classic map to play.

That's how I feel too though I decided maybe it was time to find a chess site to play. After what must be a ...
