I'd divert the cart to save the 5, and then say that I never saw the poor sap who got killed by it. Maybe he should have been wearing a reflective vest or something.

Put the player (you didn't say who) on your ignore list so that you no longer have to deal with them.

You can fill out an e-ticket under the help section to deal with feedback that you feel is unwarrented or improper.
