Re: Trips or quads games

Its been a while, but I would like to start playing some trips games again. Used to play a lot, but took some time off CC, and have recently had the itch again. I used to play before there were invites, now it looks like it will be harder to team up with better players without being invited :)

I voted Regressive. Only because I think living in the old west would be cool. Wyatt Earp, etc...

Except, a friend of mine once reminded me that, "Yeah, it would be great until you got a toothache."

Re: The CC travel Coffee Mug

haha.. true! But for that person who has everything, coming up with unique gift ideas is rough... I rather like the idea of customizing cups/hats/t-shirts or whatever. I haven't looked around to see if Zazzle is competitive, but I like the idea. I am a coffee drinker, so the travel coffee mug is ...

I did come up with 4100, but I was being very careful about it... can you pinpoint where you deviated from the correct answer?

edit: I think it must be at the very end, where carrying the one slips to the wrong column.

Re: Test your Brain

denialdesosa, don't take these replies as typical of people in CC. And especially, don't take them personally.

There are about a dozen or so people who post regularly in this forum who do nothing more than troll (I have learned that this means to deliberately provoke some type of response, without ...

I have looked at the mugs in the shop, but I haven't seen a travel mug.

Are you looking here?: http://www.zazzle.com/conquerclub/mugs

You can get those mugs in different styles.

Very true. I took a look through the Zazzle website, and you can totally customize just about anything ...

Re: Why Did The Chicken Cross The Road?

The chicken did not cross the road.

For motion to be occurring, an object must change the position which it occupies. In any one instant of time, for the chicken to be moving it must either move to where it is, or it must move to where it is not. However, it cannot move to where it is not, because ...

This was a great thread. It really makes me miss one of our most valuable contributors. Dude was such an interesting read.

Re: Board Games in real life

Older thread, but the sci-fi book thread got me interested in talking about games (some posts about Thieves World Games in particular)

One we like to play is Ticket To Ride. Set collecting type of game, would be easy for the kids to learn. It is quite a bit of fun, and even has a dice option to ...
