Can't access the site (Staff please)

For whatever reason, i can't access even the homepage of this site at home anymore. It was fine until about a day ago, and i figured the server was having problems, so i let it go for awhile. Then, a friend of mine told me he wasn't having any problems at all with the site. I was wondering what may be the cause of this? I have tried correcting my cookies, firewalls, everything. Both my bro and i play this game together, under the same roof, but on different computers and we are both experiencing the same problem. I have filled out a ticket already, but haven't gotten an email with the ticket ID and i don't want to harass them by submitting another ticket. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

wouldnt suprise me if your parents did it.

There are lots of fancy internet control programs that can block sites, parents just download them and have it block any site they wish, and its protected by a password. Happened to one of my friends, he couldnt get anywhere on this site, and couldnt unblock it because of the passwords on the program. it sucks, but some parents do it.

Try asking your parents if they did this. maybe they are trying to keep you from playing on CC so much.

Well, the computers we use, we own. My parents have their own computer that they use. They know not to touch my computers

Alrighty, let's think this through. It works every where but your comp at home.

does it work on the parents comp at home.

any new programs added.

any new security programs added or reset parameters. there are only so many options

Nope, i haven't installed or changed any security settings or programs. And it doesn't work on ANY computers at the IP. I haven't changed modems or reset IP or any of that. It just decided to not work one day. Which is why i figured the site was down. But, obviously its not.

The only other thing i can think of is a minor virus, did you do a virus scan? And are you experiencing similar problems on other web sites? Or with other apps?

Everything else works just fine. Virus scans come out clean and everything. Its just this one particular site that does it. Which is why i've come to the forums to see if i can get a solution. I don't know what else to check. (Which is also why i posted (Staff Please) in the topic name...But i appreciate all the help guys.
