Kicking a player from a game

I have a player who missed 3 turns so far and I would like to kick him so that we can get the game going a little faster. Is this done automatically or does the person who created the game have the option to do so, if so how?

you miss 3 turns in a row your gone

The only way to kick somebody out is if you take them out of the game or they miss three turns in a row. That means if they miss their first turn, take their second, miss their third and fourth, but take their fifth, they're still in the game. If they miss their fifth, however, they're automatically kicked out.
