ESCALATING CLASSIC TOURNAMENT [CHAMPION: freyme]

The Escalating Classic Tournament
Brought to you by Generation One: The Clan

This tournament is intended to be a back-to-basics type of tournament. With all of the amazing and complex tournaments that get announced I felt it was time that we go back to our roots as RISK players and have a tournament featuring some of the more classic gameplay settings.

The tournament will feature 25 players (premium only) who will be divided into 5 divisions by their score. Each division will play 10 games (2 sets of 5 games) and their finishing position will determine their score for each game. The player with the highest score at the completion of 10 games will advance to a final group where the process will be repeated, giving us a tournament champion.

All games will be played on the following settings: Classic Map, Sequential, Escalating Cards, Chained Fortifications, No Fog, 5 Players

Scoring for each game will be as follows:

1st: 6 points
2nd: 4 points
3rd: 3 points
4th: 1 point
5th: 0 points

I would love to have a handful of reserves before we start, just to be on the safe side. This will be a very simply, easy to understand tournament, so if you have a premium membership, sign up quick. :)

The tournament will start within 1 week of filling up.

I'm starting to get the hang of escalating and Classic is one of my fav maps but chained and esc don't suit me that well yet so but me as one of the last reserves :)
