WOW! No that is not it,
yes it is. because if you had premium the game could sit there and it would not matter to you. the player could finish it off at his lesiure and you can create and play other games. I have many games where players play until they have 1 army remaining and quit and than miss a turn. no big deal to me. I just collect the points the following day but I start/join more games and play those in the meantime. you cant do that because you can only play 4 games which is why you are upset. and Alex is right. just deadbeat yourself and the game will be over in 3 days....and trust me, he knows all about deadbeating.

This is a great instance to leave negative feedback so that others are warned about this player. However dragging a game out is not cheating and therefore isn't punishable.
You can either deadbeat and be out of the game right away.
OR you can keep playing and hope that he eventually misses three turns in a row. I've seen that happen before in an instance very similar to this one.
